Yes. British citizens can buy outright in Dubai's freehold areas, such as Al Jaddaf, without living in the UAE or holding a UAE visa. The Dubai Land Department registers the purchase in your name, and every step, from reserving to paying, can be done from the UK.
What is the payment plan?

How do I pay from the UK?
By bank transfer from your UK account, straight to the project's escrow account in Dubai. Binghatti gives you the account details in writing with each payment due, and we check them with you. Nothing is ever paid to REMAX Hub.
Do I need to travel?
No. An advisor shows you the homes on a video call, you reserve and sign Binghatti's documents remotely, and you pay by bank transfer from the UK.

Where does my money go?
Every instalment goes into the project's escrow account, never to us. Your purchase is registered with the Dubai Land Department under Oqood, the off-plan register.
What do I pay on top of the price?
The Dubai Land Department's 4% of the price, plus Oqood and administration fees per Binghatti's fee sheet. After handover, an annual service charge; Al Jaddaf buildings average about AED 18 per sq ft a year.
