A city that carries the Mercedes-Benz name
Binghatti calls it the world's first Mercedes-Benz branded city. An AED 30 billion district of twelve towers in Meydan, each named after a Mercedes-Benz concept car, built and sold by Binghatti under licence from Mercedes-Benz. Vision Iconic, tower 6, is the spiral at its centre. Binghatti reported around 50% of the City sold by 25 March 2026.

Royal Suites, four and five-beds

Binghatti's launch offers, from its sheet of 1 October 2026. The launch-day and October prices end on their dates or once Binghatti's sales reach the level shown, whichever comes first. Binghatti's sheet gives no end date for the price for paying 50% or more up front, or cash, so your advisor confirms it's still on. List price AED 2,250,000 (about £464,000).

How much do I need to start?
About £40,000 starts a one-bed: 5% down, the Land Department's 4% and Binghatti's admin fee. Another 5% follows a month later, then smaller instalments until 40% is paid, and 60% on completion.

What do UK buyers ask us?
Can a UK citizen buy property in Dubai?
Yes. British citizens can buy outright in Dubai's freehold areas without living in the UAE or holding a UAE visa. The Dubai Land Department registers the purchase in your name, and every step, from reserving to paying, can be done from the UK.
How do I pay from the UK?
By bank transfer from your UK account, straight to the project's escrow account in Dubai. Binghatti gives you the account details in writing with each payment due, and we check them with you. Nothing is ever paid to REMAX Hub. Your bank or currency provider changes your pounds into dirhams at its rate on the day.
Do I need to travel?
No. An advisor shows you the homes on a video call, you reserve and sign Binghatti's documents remotely, and you pay by bank transfer from the UK. If you want to see Binghatti's work first, Binghatti has a showroom at 197 to 205 Brompton Road, Knightsbridge, and we show you round in Dubai whenever you visit.
When will Vision Iconic be finished, and what if it is late?
Binghatti's estimate is Q4 2028, and completion dates can move. While you wait, your payments sit in the project's escrow account, which under Dubai Law No. 8 of 2007 can be used only to build that project, and your purchase is registered with the Dubai Land Department. Your sales agreement sets out what happens if completion is late, and we go through it with you before you sign.

Is it really Mercedes-Benz?
The Mercedes-Benz name and star belong to Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Binghatti uses them under licence and builds, markets and sells the homes; Mercedes-Benz and Binghatti say the exterior was created together with Mercedes-Benz's leading design minds. Vision Iconic is tower 6 of the 12. REMAX Hub is a licensed Dubai brokerage authorised by Binghatti to sell the homes, and is not part of Mercedes-Benz or Binghatti.
Can I get a Golden Visa?
The UAE Golden Visa has a property route for homes worth AED 2 million or more. Vision Iconic one-beds, from AED 2,115,000 (about £436,000), clear that line on their own. If the visa matters to you, tell us on your call and we go through the rules as they stand.
What does off-plan mean?
Off-plan means buying a new home from the developer before it is finished and paying in stages: a first payment, instalments while it is built, and the balance on completion, when you get the keys. Can I resell before completion?
It depends on Binghatti's terms for the tower. You get Binghatti's resale terms in writing with the cost sheet for the home you pick, after your call, so you know them before you reserve.
